All of our products are available for pick up in Houston or delivery in the Greater Houston area.
Most of our orders outside of the greater Houston area are shipped out by UPS or Fedex. They should arrive to your delivery location within 7 to 9 business days. Larger items are shipped via common carrier. You will be notified of a delivery date and approximate time by the carrier. In order to keep shipping costs down, we offer curbside delivery. The drivers are not obligated to unload, so please prepare for your delivery by arranging for extra help on heavy items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the purchase or return. Shipping charges are non refundable. Any warranty issues will require shipping to our location. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Additional charges may apply if your package is over the size limit for the carrier or if it is an odd size. Many carriers have extra charges based on dimensions.

Local Pick up
Customers may pick up at our warehouse for NO SHIPPING CHARGE. The pick up address is 8622 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas, 77093. Our hours are Monday – Saturday 10am – 9pm. Please call for holiday or special hours.
Dream Rooms Furniture ships limited items outside of the Houston Metropolitan area. Dream Rooms Furniture has made every effort to prevent customers from purchasing products online that we are not able to ship. Any purchases that are non deliverable due to geographic location, will be cancelled and Member will be refunded purchase amount minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
Any damages to your home/business property by delivery staff needs to be reported to customer service department at the time they occur. Dream Rooms Furniture will not entertain any claims once the driver and delivery personnel leave the customer’s property.
