Returns and Refunds:
All returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in the original packaging and unassembled. Items not in original packaging or that have been assembled, cannot be returned. The buyer must contact Dream Rooms Furniture before returning an item, to receive a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Items arriving at our warehouse without the proper RA number will be refused and returned at the customer’s cost. All delivery and set up charges are nonrefundable. The restocking fee pays for many of the fees incurred as a result of the purchase, ie. credit card transaction fees, listing fees, opportunity costs…
Upon return, the items will be inspected for damages. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. Delivery charges and actual shipping costs incurred by Dream Rooms Furniture will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for making transportation arrangements, and all subsequent transport costs for all returned orders.
Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact same item. The buyer must notify Dream Rooms Furniture of damages within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Damages that occur after receipt by customer do not qualify for exchange. We will provide parts covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. A damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible once the item is received. The item must be in the original packaging. If the item is not immediately available, Dream Rooms Furniture will notify the buyer to provide other reasonable options. Dream Rooms Furniture will have sole discretion to make option offers.
